Ashtanga – A fast-paced, intense style of yoga that incorporates numerous sun salutations and more advanced postures.
Hatha – Slow-paced and gentle type of yoga, provides a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.
Kundalini – good for anyone who is seeking calmness and healing and a deeply meditative experience combined with physical exercise and stretching.
Men’s Power – suitable for all levels focusing on areas that are typically tight in men (Hamstrings, Hips, Lower back), as well as incorporating the fast pace of power yoga.
Mom & Baby – babies must be less than 8 months old. Mostly a hatha class, with focus on recovering strength in the abdominal region.
Parent & Child – Children must be aged 5-8 years old and be accompanied by 1 parent. This is an excellent way to bond with your child while introducing them to hatha yoga.
Pilates – focuses on core muscles and teaches awareness of breath and alignment of spine aiming to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
Power with Inversions – A fast-paced, intense style of yoga that incorporates numerous sun salutations and more advanced postures and inversions.
Prenatal – suitable for all trimesters. Relieves tension in common complaint areas, and prepares the body for labour and delivery.
Runner’s Yoga – Suitable for all athletes. Class focuses on postures that release the areas that are most commonly tight in runners: Hips, hamstrings and lower back.
Vinyasa Flow – Tends to be a more vigorous style based on the performance of a series of poses called Sun Salutations, in which movement is matched to the breath. A Vinyasa class will typically start with a number of Sun Salutations to warm up the body for more intense stretching that’s done at the end of class.
Yin – All poses are seated or back lying, and each pose is held 3-5 minutes. The use of props is encouraged to aid in release of tension.
Yoga for Abs – Focuses on the abdominal muscles and the core area.
Yoga Tone – Focuses on hips, abs and legs.
Zumba – A fun dance class set to international music like salsa & merengue. You will sweat, so be sure to bring a towel, water and running shoes.
